What is great about winter
guard, is that the directors get to choose the
music. What is even better, is that they can
do a winter guard show to just about anything that
they would like. However, keep in mind that
in order to be taken seriously, the winter guard
show needs to reflect a level of sophistication,
and since Color guard is synonymous with DRAMA,
choosing a song with a dramatic level of
musicality will be more impressive than a show to
"Sesame Street".
There is software that you can buy
or download that will enable you to cut and mix
music. You can also add narration to the
song of your choice to make your show song truly a
one of a kind creation!
